The Noodles & Company corporate team is filled with experienced restaurant professionals who possess the knowledge and expertise to drive long-term franchise growth. Get to know some of our executive team to see who you’ll have in your corner as a Noodles & Company franchise partner.

Brad West – Chief Operating Officer

Brad West started with the Noodles & Company franchise as EVP of Operations, directly overseeing our training and operations department. Now, Brad has moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, driving innovation in operations and training to create best-in-class, replicable systems that benefit our franchise partners. He also oversees our franchise operations support program, ensuring we continually provide our franchise partners with everything they need to scale their multi-unit operations.

Coming to Noodles & Company with 40 years of fast-casual franchise operations experience, Brad has held a variety of executive positions. This includes VP of Operations at Smoothie King Franchises, COO of ACG Pizza Partners, plus 15 years at Einstein’s where he was responsible for the operations, development, and growth of over 250 license locations. He also held key operational roles at CEC Entertainment, Applebee’s International franchise groups and S&A Restaurant Corporation.

Stacey Pool – Chief Marketing Officer

Noodles & Company’s Chief Marketing Officer Stacey Pool is an extraordinary leader with more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Stacey heads up our marketing and branding efforts, and she’s been extremely instrumental at helping us successfully navigate the extraordinary marketing challenges presented by unprecedented changes to customer demand and the economic landscape. Using data and CRM solutions to drive top-line growth through targeted and personalized strategies, Stacey continues to push the Noodles & Company franchise forward.

Carly Habein – Vice President of Franchise Operations

First joining Noodles & Company in 2012, Carly been an essential part of our leadership team for 10 years. Her tenure at Noodles has given her expert insight into what it takes to develop a successful franchise system. With a focus on resources and technology, Carly has helped optimize our training and operations processes to create systems that help our franchise partners thrive. We’re excited to see all the ways in which Carly continues to develop smart solutions to integral franchise operations.

John Ramsay – Vice President of Franchise Sales

With more than 30 years of restaurant franchise experience under his belt, John Ramsay provides a wealth of expertise that aids Noodles & Company in our growth. As Vice President of Franchise Sales, John identifies new market growth, strategically targets ideal candidates, and spearheads franchise partner acquisition efforts. John’s goal is to grow our fast-casual franchise by providing more opportunities for entrepreneurs.
